Our story begins with two passionate individuals who turned their love for gelato into a dream come true. One founder first discovered authentic Italian gelato during a trip to Italy and was instantly captivated by its rich, dense flavor. Curiosity led to a return trip, where she trained at the renowned Carpigiani Gelato University, mastering traditional artisan techniques.

The other founder’s gelato journey began even earlier, working as a server in a gelato shop on the French island of New Caledonia at the age of 16. Years later, fate brought the two together in Texas, where they combined their visions and brought their dream to life.

Today, the legacy continues with a renewed focus: connecting with the Midland community and constantly improving at what we do. We’re here to share a little joy—one scoop at a time.
